We live Host lives out of state, and stay accessible through the app. We have put hours into writing our guidebook, FAQ’s, and listing which can answer almost all of your - our guest’s - questions.
If you don’t find the answer there or something else comes up, just reach out!
Our office hours are (Central Standard Time):
Monday - Friday: 5-7am, 12-1pm, & 5-8pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am - 8pm
We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.
Lots of young families whose kids play outside, which is one of the reasons we do not allow street parking.
We can accommodate six cars on the property, two in the garage and four in the driveway.
Street parking is NOT allowed.
Please let us know if you feel you will have more than six vehicles in your group.
The pool is cleaned every Monday and Thursday. Please note that guests are not allowed to refuse pool service, for any reason, without the host’s permission.
Refusing pool cleaning services can negatively affect the pool’s cleanliness for future guests.
Refusing pool service will result in a $100 fee for the cost to makeup that pool service appointment.
